Our Vision
We envision a world where every child—regardless of race, gender, status, or affiliation—is free from exploitation. Whether trafficked for labor or sexual purposes, every child deserves to be found, rescued, and given the opportunity to recover, heal, and thrive.
Our Story
Our journey began in the fall of 2011, when we became aware of the devastating realities of human trafficking. Compelled to take action, we began volunteering at a safe house for minor female survivors in Mexico during the summer of 2012—a commitment that continued through the spring of 2014.
In 2014, a full-time transition into the anti-trafficking mission required stepping away from professional careers to answer a higher calling. Since then, our experiences have grown to include:
Conducting covert operations to identify and support trafficking victims
Founding and directing three residential recovery homes for minor and adult female survivors
Serving as a transportation and security specialist, helping relocate victims to safety
Acting as a liaison between survivors, law enforcement, and the judicial system
Founding and leading two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations dedicated to victim support
Collaborating with international NGOs across Asia, Southeast Asia, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America
Leading street outreach efforts in Mexico, building trusted relationships with vulnerable women and helping transition them to safety
Consulting with other NGOs and supporting capacity-building efforts
Serving as Country Manager for a Southeast Asia-based NGO focused solely on rescue missions
These experiences have shaped our methods, informed our approach, and strengthened our resolve to fight human trafficking wherever it exists.
Our Mission
What We Do:
Rescue and Defend deploys carefully vetted and trained teams of men and women to operate as covert agents and care givers, working alongside families, NGOs, and law enforcement to locate and rescue minors who are being trafficked and exploited.
Why We Do It:
We are driven by a deep conviction that no child should ever live in fear or bondage. Every child deserves freedom, safety, and the chance to experience a true childhood. Using the skills we've acquired, we act on behalf of those who cannot help themselves. We are guided by principle—not profit—and stand firm in our refusal to accept exploitation as inevitable. We act because it's right. We persevere because it's necessary.
How We Operate
Through the strategic deployment of highly trained operatives, we are building a skilled force committed to combatting child trafficking. Our approach includes:Recruiting individuals of high integrity and strong moral character
Providing intensive training for covert field operations
Collaborating with victim families, NGOs, and law enforcement in host countries
Upholding strict legal and ethical standards in all operations
Building trusted, operational relationships to support sustainable rescue and recovery efforts
Wherever we are invited to serve, we work hand-in-hand with local stakeholders to identify and rescue exploited children and bring perpetrators to justice.
