Rescue Rise, Director
We are so excited to announce that Voan Von and his lovely wife have agreed to assist with the operations of Rescue Rise. Voan is assisting as a volunteer from his church. We are honored to have their help and appreciate their willingness to serve the vulnerable at-risk children of Cambodia.

She Rises
She Rises is part of our Rescue Rise initiative. While we wait for the full funding needed to launch our training and residential program, we refuse to sit still. With a training center and two satellite locations, we’ve already begun—our first English class started last week! The need is great, so both girls and boys are welcome. Full rescue work will come when we are fully funded, but hope is already rising!

We are thrilled to announce the partnership between Rescue and Defend, LLC, a recognized United States-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and Rise and Shine Community, a respected NGO operating in Cambodia. Together, our organizations bring extensive experience and expertise to the fight against human trafficking.
This collaboration unites strengths in overt and covert operations, intervention and prevention programs, and comprehensive residential care for survivors. By combining our resources and knowledge, we aim to create a powerful and effective alliance that protects vulnerable children and facilitates their recovery from the devastating impacts of human trafficking.
On the Horizon:
A Safe Haven for Healing and Hope
In partnership with Rise and Shine Community, we are excited to move forward with the development of a dedicated training and housing center for exploited minors seeking to leave the sex industry behind. This safe and supportive program will provide a six-month residential experience focused on healing, education, life skills, and spiritual growth.
Our center will serve up to 8 young girls at a time, offering them a real path to restoration, dignity, and independence. For many, this will be their first opportunity to imagine—and build—a future beyond exploitation.
We are currently seeking financial partners and donors to help bring this life-changing vision to reality. Your support will directly impact young lives and help provide a way out for those who feel trapped and forgotten.
