STEVE DUNLAP, FOUNDER, RESCUE AND DEFEND, LLC
Steve founded Rescue and Defend, LLC back in the fall of 2018. Steve has served in many roles since then in the battle to end human trafficking. Currently, Steve is operating in Cambodia along side of Rescue Rise
Leon is a missionary to the border town known as Juarez, Mexico. Leon resides in El Paso, Texas. He crosses the border many times a week seeking those in need on the streets of Juarez. Working with and ministering to those who are selling themselves and battling addictions. Leon builds intimate relationships with each person he has the opportunity to assist, by first demonstrating the unconditional love of God and then attempting to meet their immediate needs. Leon has been a blessing to so many victims living on and off the streets of Juarez.

VON VOAN, VOLUNTEER DIRECTOR, RESCUE RISE
Voan serves as a volunteer Rescue Rise Director. His experience as a senior leader, combined with his strong knowledge of the local community and his passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children, enables him to effectively support and guide the team. He is deeply committed to fostering growth rooted in integrity, respect, responsibility, and a teachable spirit, while encouraging a culture of service to others.
Voan possesses both the knowledge and empathy needed to understand and assess community needs, along with the leadership skills, experience, drive, and creativity required to develop effective programs and services that address those needs comprehensively. He is especially passionate about empowering children to protect themselves from all forms of exploitation and to support one another when needed.
He is well-equipped to serve as the Volunteer Rescue Rise Director and will play a key role in helping the team achieve its goals and objectives.

My name is Buntaravy Un, and I am a dedicated advocate in the fight against human trafficking with over five years of experience supporting survivors and addressing this complex global issue. Guided by my faith and a deep commitment to human dignity, I am passionate about creating safe and empowering environments where individuals can experience healing and restoration. Through collaboration, community engagements, and educational supports, I strive to raise awareness and contribute to sustainable, meaningful change in the communities and lives of those affected by human trafficking.
